Please include your device model, iOS version, app version if available, the email associated with your account, and a short description of what happened.

Subscriptions

App-store subscriptions are managed through Apple or Google. Web subscriptions started from the quiz checkout are managed through RevenueCat and Stripe; include the checkout email in your message so we can find the subscription.

Web subscriptions purchased through the ChiWay quiz checkout include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If ChiWay is not a fit, contact us within 30 days of purchase and include your checkout email so we can process the refund. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
