Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund options depend on where you purchased your ChiWaysubscription. Web subscriptions purchased through the ChiWay quiz checkout are handled by ChiWay, RevenueCat, and Stripe. App-store purchases are handled by Apple, Google, or the applicable app distribution platform.

Web subscriptions purchased through the ChiWay quiz checkout include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If ChiWay is not a fit, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and request a refund.

• Email support@chiway.app from, or include, the checkout email used for your purchase.
• Include that you are requesting a refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee.
• If approved, the refund is credited back to the original payment method.
• Refund timing depends on Stripe, your card issuer, and your bank, and may take several business days after approval.

• You should cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
• Deleting the app, closing the browser, or stopping use of ChiWay does not automatically cancel a subscription.
• Web subscription management is handled through the Stripe customer portal or ChiWay support.
• App-store subscriptions must be managed through your Apple ID, Google Play account, or the applicable store account.

If you purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app distribution platform, cancellation and refund requests must be handled through that platform. Their policies and timelines apply, and ChiWay cannot directly issue those refunds.

• Apple purchases: request help through Apple Support.
• Google Play purchases: follow Google Play refund instructions.

Some jurisdictions provide additional cancellation or refund rights, sometimes called cooling-off rights. If local law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply. To exercise a legal cancellation or refund right for a web quiz checkout purchase, email us at support@chiway.app before the applicable deadline and include the checkout email used for the purchase.

The 30-day money-back guarantee is a refund policy for eligible web quiz checkout purchases. It is not a promise of any particular health, mobility, weight, balance, stress, sleep, or wellness result.
